摘要
随着国家“一带一路”倡议的深入推进,中国的EPC工程总承包商越来越多地参与到国际市场的竞争已成为必然的趋势。总承包商项目的采购管理和执行人员有必要通过学习EPC工程供应链管理的知识,在优化采购组织方式、改善采购合同的标准化程度、加大对供应商的培养等方面提升自身的竞争能力。阐述了EPC工程总承包商的供应链管理过程。
With the advancing of the"One Belt and One Road"initiative,it becomes an inevitable trend for more and more Chinese EPC contractors to participate in international competition.It is necessary for procurement management and project execution personnel to learn supply chain management knowledge,so as to optimize the procurement organization of EPC projects,improve the standardization of purchase contracts and develop suppliers etc.,so as to enhance EPC contractors'competitiveness.
