摘要
砖渣填料具有粒径组成变化较大、形体不规则、原状密度不稳定、对其进行规律性检测难度大等特点,无法按照现行的规程规范进行控制性指标试验检测,较大程度地影响到对填筑压实施工质量的控制。对砖渣料源开采、碾压试验及结果分析、压实施工复核性指标检测各环节的应用进行了介绍,阐述了在满足填筑质量要求的前提下使砖渣变废为宝的有效利用过程。
Brick slag filler has the characteristics of large changes in particle size,irregular shape,unstable density,difficult in regularity testing,etc.,which cannot be tested in accordance with the current regulations and specifications for control indexes,and affect the quality control of filling and compaction to a large extent.Through introduction on the mining source of brick slag material,rolling and compaction test,analysis on test result,and compaction compliance review,this paper expounds the effective utilization process of brick residue satisfying the filling quality requirements.
