摘要
在建设项目的全过程周期中,需要采用有效的手段将全过程造价管理进行过程动态的贯穿,确保各个环节工程造价得到有效、科学的管理控制。本文主要围绕建筑项目工程造价在工程的每个阶段存在的问题,结合本人参与的福厦客专(同安段)龙西安置房工程为例,探讨不同的阶段工程造价控制管理工作的重点、难点,希望能为广大建筑设计师提供参考借鉴。
In the whole process cycle of a construction project,it is necessary to adopt effective means to dynamically run the whole process cost management,and ensure that the project cost in each link is effectively and scientifically controlled.This article mainly focuses on the problems existing in the construction project cost at each stage of the project,combines with the example of the Longxi resettlement housing project of Fuzhou-Xiamen Special Railway Line(Tong’an Section)that the author participates in,and discusses the key and difficult points of the project cost control and management work in different stages,hoping to provide reference for the majority of architects.
