摘要
简述了纤维素酶的来源、组成及降解机理。重点总结了基因工程技术和基因组工程技术在纤维素酶基因研究中的应用,对比了基因工程技术和基因组工程技术在纤维素酶基因研究中的特点,突出了基因组工程技术在基因应用研究中的优越性。介绍了纤维素酶在酿酒、造纸业、农业、生物燃料业、制药业、废弃资源管理业等领域的最新应用。最后,还总结了纤维素酶应用研究过程中存在的问题和拟解决的关键难题,对该领域的未来发展进行了展望。
The origin,composition and degradation mechanism of cellulase were outlined.Especially,it was summarized that the applications of Genetic engineering technology and Genomic engineering techniques on cellulase gene research.The characteristics of genetic engineering and genome engineering in cellulase gene research were compared,and the advantages of the gene application of genome engineering were highlighted.The latest applications of cellulase in wine,paper making,agriculture,bio-fuel industry,pharmaceutical industry and waste resources management were reviewed.Finally,the problems and key problems in cellulase application are summarized,and the future development of this field is prospected.
