摘要
中国“碳达峰”“碳中和”目标的提出对油气行业的转型发展提出了更高的要求。如何能结合行业特点和优势,在新形势下合理设定“降碳”路径并采取有效的措施,实现“双碳”背景下的高质量、可持续发展是油气行业面临重大挑战。在对中国油气行业发展现状分析以及未来发展趋势研判的基础上,从提高用能效率、优化用能结构、调整产业结构、培育负碳产业等方面,提出中国油气行业低碳发展策略,并分两个阶段初步探讨了油气行业的低碳发展路径,为中国油气行业转型发展指明了方向。
The proposal of China’s“carbon peak”and“carbon neutrality”has made higher requirements concerning the transformation of the oil and gas industry.It is the major challenge how to reasonably set the“carbon reduction”path and take effective measures under the new situation in combination with the characteristics and advantages of the industry to achieve high-quality and sustainable development under the“dual carbon”background.Built on the analysis of current situation of the development of China’s oil and gas industry and the study on future development trend,this article put forth the low-carbon development strategy of China’s oil and gas industry and has discussed the low-carbon development paths concerning the industry by two stages and has pointed out the direction of the transformation in China’s oil and gas industry.
