摘要 针对运营里程不断增加、检测检查海量数据及人工二次分析、车间组织管理效能低下等问题,文章构建维修方案智能决策系统框架,设计了铁路工务线路维修方案智能决策系统,建立设备检查、病害分析、单元评价、任务界定等设计规则,估算维修部门的维修能力,实现自动评定、测算、设计、生成方案以及作业效果评价。试点应用证明,该系统辅助车间生产计划决策,减少分析工作量,科学组织生产,有效提高工务专业智能化维修管理水平。 Aiming at the problems of increasing operating mileage, massive data of inspection and inspection, manual secondary analysis and low efficiency of workshop organization and management, this paper constructed the framework of intelligent decision-making system for maintenance scheme, designed the intelligent decision-making system for railway permanent-way maintenance scheme, established design rules such as equipment inspection, disease analysis, unit evaluation and task definition, and estimated the maintenance capacity of maintenance department,implemented automatic evaluation, calculation, design, generation scheme and operation effect evaluation. The pilot application shows that the system assists the workshop production planning and decision-making, reduces the analysis workload, scientifically organizes production, and effectively improves the intelligent maintenance management level of public works specialty.
