摘要
乡村低碳金融发展经济是一个复杂的系统工程,也是现阶段我国经济可持续发展的必然选择。运用LMDI分解分析现阶段乡村低碳金融发展的主要变量,通过系统动力学厘清变量间的相互关系,结合现阶段我国经济发展的主要目标,探寻符合我国乡村低碳金融发展的最大经济效益路线。研究结果表明,乡村低碳金融发展战略合作时应重视建设低碳金融发展的整体机制,重视产业发展的能耗结构与固定资产投资比例,可以有效提升乡村低碳金融的经济效益值,也是乡村低碳金融经济稳定发展最现实可行的路径。
Rural low-carbon finance economy development is a complex system engineering,and it is also the inevitable choice of sustainable economic development in China at present.LMDI was used to decompose and analyze the main variables in the development of rural low-carbon finance at the present stage,and the mutual relationship among the variables was clarified through system dynamics.Combining with the main goals of China's economic development at the present stage,the maximum economic benefit route in line with the development of rural low-carbon finance in China is explored.In the strategic cooperation of mal law-carbon finance development,attention should be paid to the constructin of the mechanism of law-carbon finane development,the ratio of energy consumption and ftied asset investinent of industrial develapnent,which can effectively improve the economic benefit in rural-law carbon finance,and it is also the most realistic and feasible path for the stable development of rural low-carbon financial economy.
