摘要
目的:观察生物反馈电刺激联合凯格尔训练治疗产后压力性尿失禁患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年2月至2020年2月该院收治的122例产后压力性尿失禁患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组(n=63)和观察组(n=59)。对照组采用凯格尔训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合生物反馈电刺激治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后漏尿量和生命质量[尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)]评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.52%,高于对照组的74.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组漏尿量少于对照组,I-QOL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈电刺激联合凯格尔训练治疗产后压力性尿失禁患者可提高治疗总有效率,减少漏尿量,以及提高生命质量评分,效果优于单纯凯格尔训练治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel training in treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 122 patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 was performed.According to different treatment options,they were divided into control group(n=63)and observation group(n=59).The control group was treated with Kegel training,while the observation group was given biofeedback electrical stimulation on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the urine leakage volume and the quality of life[incontinence quality of life questionnaire(I-QOL)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.52%,which was higher than 74.60%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the urine leakage volume in the observation group was less than that of the control group;the I-QOL score was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with Kegel training in the treatment of the patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence can increase the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the urine leakage volume,and improve the quality of life score.Moreover,it is superior to single Kegel training treatment.
