摘要
目的:观察超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗白内障合并眼底病患者的效果。方法:选取60例白内障合并眼底病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予小切口白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗,观察组采取超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗,比较两组视力水平和并发症发生率。结果:术后1个月,两组视力水平均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗白内障合并眼底病患者可提高视力水平,降低并发症发生率,优于小切口白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术治疗效果。
Objective:To observe effects of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in treatment of patients with cataract and fundus disease.Methods:60 patients with cataract and fundus disease were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with small incision cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation,while the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.The visual acuity level and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:1 month after the surgery,the visual acuity levels of the two groups were higher than those before the surgery;that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of the patients with cataract and fundus disease can improve the visual acuity and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to small incision cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation.
