肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在子宫内膜癌增殖、转移中的作用机制的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)在子宫内膜癌(EC)增殖、转移中的作用机制。方法选取2019年4月至2020年12月在河南神火集团总医院接受诊断、治疗的EC患者50例以及同期接受治疗的增生性病变子宫内膜病患者50例分别作为研究组、对照组,取病理组织,免疫组织化学染色二步法检测癌组织中CD68细胞数(即TAMs)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达,观察两组患者子宫内膜CD68巨噬细胞浸润情况,探讨CD68与EC增殖、淋巴转移的关系。结果研究组患者CD68数量显著多于对照组(P<0.05);CD68细胞数目:增殖期<分泌期<单纯型增生<复杂型增生<不典型增生期<Ⅰ型EC<Ⅱ型EC(P<0.05);Ⅰ型EC中,Ⅱ~Ⅳ期、伴盆腔淋巴结转移、肌层浸润深度≥1/2患者PCNA指数明显较高(P<0.05),Ⅱ型EC中,伴盆腔淋巴结转移、肌层浸润深度≥1/2患者的PCNA指数明显较高(P<0.05);Ⅰ型EC、Ⅱ型EC患者TAMs与PCNA指数呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论TAMs在EC肿瘤细胞的增殖、转移中均有重要的参与作用,能够促进癌症的发生、发展。 【Objective】 To explore the mechanism of tumor-associated macrophage(TAM) in endometrial cancer proliferation and metastasis. 【Methods】 From April 2019 to December 2020, 50 patients with endometrial cancer(EC) and 50 patients with proliferative endometrial disease who were treated in our hospital were selected as study group and control group, respectively, the number of CD68 cells(tumor-associated macrophage) and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) were detected by two-step immunohistochemical staining, and the infiltration of CD68 macrophages in endometrium was observed, the relationship between CD68 and EC proliferation and lymphatic metastasis was investigated. 【Results】 The number of CD68 cells in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the number of CD68 cells in the study group was:proliferative<secretory<simple proliferative<complex proliferative<atypical proliferative<type Ⅰ EC<type Ⅱ EC(P<0.05);in type Ⅰ EC, PCNA index was significantly higher in Ⅰ-Ⅳ patients with pelvic lymph node metastasis and muscularis invasion depth≥1/2(P<0.05);in type Ⅱ EC, PCNA index was significantly higher in patients with pelvic lymph node metastasis and depth of muscularis invasion≥1/2(P<0.05), and PCNA index was positively correlated with TAMs in patients with type Ⅰ EC and type Ⅱ EC(P<0.05).【Conclusion】 TAMs play an important role in the proliferation and metastasis of EC tumor cells, and can promote the occurrence and development of cancer.
