摘要
研究组态技术在三相异步电动机变频调速问题中的应用,以合理调节三相异步电动机转速为宗旨,提出基于组态技术的三相异步电动机变频调速方法。建立基于单滤波器多模型算法的转速数据可视化挖掘组态模型,估计三相异步电动机转速后,使用基于PI控制器的异步电动机转速调节方法,在负载恒定已知、负载转矩有扰动的条件下,通过对应调速控制器实现三相异步电动机变频调速。实验结果显示:所提方法的转速估计值与实际转速值高度一致,估计精度较高;对三相异步电动机变频调速后,三相异步电动机转速和期望转速仅存在1r/min之差。上述方法对三相异步电动机的转速估计、调速效果均优于对比方法。
In the three-phase asynchronous motor frequency control,the application of configuration technology is particularly important.Therefore,this paper proposes a three-phase asynchronous motor frequency control method based on configuration technology.Firstly,the configuration model of speed data visualization mining based on single filter multi-model algorithm was built.Secondly,the speed of three-phase asynchronous motor was estimated.Then,the speed regulation method of asynchronous motor was used based on PI controller.Finally,under the condition of constant load and disturbance of load torque,the frequency conversion speed regulation of three-phase asynchronous motor was completed according to the corresponding speed controller.The experimental results show that the method has high estimation accuracy and excellent speed control effect,and the difference between the estimated speed and the actual speed is minor(1 r/min).
