摘要 随着时代发展,人们的安全环保意识不断增强,如何制备高效的无卤阻燃PC/ABS材料一直深受科研工作者的喜爱。作者研究了核-壳结构的增韧剂、TPP及倍半硅氧烷阻燃剂对PC/ABS的阻燃效果,结果发现:核-壳结构的增韧剂对PC/ABS合金有很好的增韧效果,其中核含有有机硅的增韧剂有利于合金的阻燃性;倍半硅氧烷阻燃剂Si-9501对纯PC有很好的阻燃效果,但对PC/ABS合金阻燃效果不明显;磷系阻燃剂TPP和倍半硅氧烷阻燃剂Si-9501在PC/ABS合金中有协同阻燃作用,当复配加入0.6%的Si-9501和6%的TPP时,PC/ABS的阻燃等级为1.6mmV0,氧指数为31.6%。 As time goes on, safety and environmental protection awareness of people was increased, how to prepare efficient halogen-free flame retardant PC/ABS materials has been loved by researchers. The flame retardant effects of core-shell tougheners, TPP and sesquisiloxane flame retardants on PC/ABS were studied, the results showed that: The toughening agent of core-shell structure has good toughening effect on PC/ABS alloy, and the toughening agent which core containing organosilicone is beneficial to the flame retardancy of the material;Sesquisiloxane flame retardant Si-9501 has good flame retardant effect on pure PC, butto PC/ABS alloy is not obvious;Phosphorous flame retardants TPP and Sesquisiloxane flame retardants Si-9501 have synergistic flame retardants in PC/ABS alloys, the flame retardant rating of PC/ABS was 1.6 mmV0 and the oxygen index was 31.6% when 0.6% SI-9501 and 6% TPP were added.
