摘要
为保持软岩大变形巷道顶板稳定,引入了可适应围岩大变形的加长锚杆,提出了长短锚杆等强支护方法,杜绝了锚杆与锚索在大变形环境下力学性能不匹配的弊端,同时使用相似模拟实验及现场实测的方法进行分析。结果表明:选用加长锚杆支护巷道后,巷道顶板完整性有了很大的提高,变形量大大减小,并作为一个整体向下运动,破坏显著减小,破坏区处于锚杆锚固范围内;而普通锚杆支护巷道肩部裂隙发育,顶板发生了垮落,支护完全失效,等强支护巷道顶板岩层始终保持稳定,由此表明采用长短锚杆等强支护方法有助于控制顶板变形,提升巷道的稳定性。
In order to maintain the stability of the roof of the large deformation roadway in soft rock,an extended bolt that can adapt to the large deformation of the surrounding rock is introduced,and strong support methods such as long and short bolts are proposed,which eliminate the drawbacks of the mismatch of the mechanical properties of the bolt and the cable bolt under the environment of large deformation,and at the same time uses similar simulation experiments and on-site measurement methods for analysis.The results indicate that:compared with the equal length short bolt support,after the long bolt support is applied,the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock of the roadway are obviously different.The deformation of the roof is greatly reduced,the integrity of the roof is enhanced,and it moves downward as a whole,the damage is significantly reduced,and the damage zone is within the range of the bolt anchoring.Under the maximum mining stress,the roof collapses with the equal length short bolt support,while remaining stable with the collaborative support.The collaborative support method achieves success in field applications,which evidently improves the stability of surrounding rock at the large deformation roadway.
