摘要
目的探讨宽胸理肺汤联合布地奈德治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾(COPD)稳定期肺气虚证患者的疗效及对肺功能的影响。方法选取医院收治的COPD稳定期肺气虚证患者106例,随机分为两组各53例。对照组给予布地奈德,治疗组在对照组基础上给予宽胸理肺汤,对比治疗后临床疗效、临床症状评分、SGRQ评分、6MWT和CAT评分、FEV_(1)、FVC及FEV_(1)/FVC水平及血清炎性因子水平和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率明显较高(P<0.05);两组治疗前临床症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组临床症状评分明显降低(P<0.05);且治疗组降低较多(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前SGRQ评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后呼吸症状、疾病影响、活动受限评分明显降低(P<0.05);且治疗组降低较多(P<0.05);两组治疗前6MWT和CAT评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后6MWT明显升高,CAT评分明显降低(P<0.05);并且治疗组改善较明显(P<0.05);两组治疗前FEV1、FVC及FEV_(1)/FVC水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后FEV_(1)、FVC及FEV1/FVC水平明显升高(P<0.05);并且治疗组升高较多(P<0.05);两组治疗前血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平明显降低(P<0.05);且治疗组降低较多(P<0.05)。结论采用宽胸理肺汤联合布地奈德治疗COPD稳定期肺气虚证患者具有较好的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the curative effect of Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction(宽胸理肺汤)combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in patients with lung-Qi deficiency syndrome at stable phase and its effect on lung function.Methods A total of 106 cases of COPD patients with lung-Qi deficiency syndrome at stable phase were selected from our hospital and randomly divided into two groups with 53 cases in each.The control group was given budesonide,and the treatment group was given Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,SGRQ score,6MWT and CAT score,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC,serum inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared after treatment.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group(P<0.05).There was no difference in clinical symptom scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the decrease was significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in SGRQ scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,respiratory symptoms,disease influence and activity limitation scores of patients in both groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the decrease was significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in 6MWT or CAT scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,6MWT was significantly increased and CAT score was significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05).The improvement in the treatment group was significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in FEV1,FVC or FEV1/FVC between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC were significantly increased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).The increase in the treatment group was significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in serum IL-6,TNF-αor hs-CRP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In addition,the reduction was significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuanxiong Lifei Decoction combined with budesonide has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of COPD patients with lung-Qi deficiency syndrome at stable phase and can improve the pulmonary function of patients.
