水泥掺量对磷石膏免烧砖性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为大量利用磷石膏,将激发后的磷石膏与水泥混合,制备高强度磷石膏免烧砖。通过控制水泥掺入量,探究掺入不同质量水泥对免烧砖性能的影响。结果表明,在100 g激发磷石膏中添加25 g硅酸盐水泥,养护28 d,免烧砖抗压、抗折强度分别为42.11 MPa和5.01 MPa,吸水率和饱和系数分别为21.24%和1.12,软化抗压强度为36.62 MPa,软化系数为0.87,强度等级符合GB/T 5101-2017中MU30要求。冻融循环25次后,抗压强度未损失,为45.74 MPa,质量损失率仅为1.41%,抗冻指标符合DB13/T 1328-2010标准。 In this paper,high strength phosphogypsum unfired brick was prepared by mixing the excited phosphogypsum with cement.By controlling the amount of cement,the effect of cement content on the performance of fired brick was explored.The results show that when 25 g cement is added to 100 g activated phosphogypsum,cured for 28 d,the compressive strength and flexural strength of the brick are 42.11 MPa and 5.01 MPa,respectively,the water absorption rate and saturation coefficient are 21.24%and 1.12,respectively,and the softening compressive strength is 36.62 MPa,softening coefficient is 0.87,the strength grade meets MU30 of GB/T 5101-2017.After 25 freeze-thaw cycles,the compressive strength don't lose,which is 45.74 MPa,and the mass loss rate is only 1.41%,the anti-freeing indexes meet DB13/T 1328-2010.
