摘要
为充分利用山东省临沂市区域范围内的生物质资源,结合电力市场改革的方向,国家能源费县发电有限公司拟在2×650MW机组进行3.5%生物质比例的直燃耦合发电项目改造。为确保项目所需生物质燃料的充足性,此次将针对费县及周边地区(包括临沂市兰山区、兰陵县、沂南县、蒙阴县、平邑县等)的生物质资源总量、现状进行调查、评估,以落实该地区农林生物质资源可供应总量。
In order to make full use of the biomass resources within the city area of Linyi,Shandong Province,and in the light of the direction of power market reform,state Energy Group Fei County Power Generation Co.Ltd.is planning to retrofit 2×650 MW units with a 3.5%biomass direct-fired coupled generation project.To ensure the adequacy of the biomass fuel required for the project,this time,the total biomass resources in Fei County and its surrounding areas(including Lanshan district,Lanling County,Yinan County,Mengyin County,Pingyi County,etc.)will be investigated and assessed,in order to implement the total supply of agricultural and forestry biomass resources in the region.
