基于生态修复的污水处理技术可持续性评价指标体系及方法 被引量:9

摘要 【目的】投加复合型菌群的生态修复污水处理技术凭借其较好的污染物处理效果,已经成为企业常用的污水处理技术。开展基于生态修复的污水处理技术可持续性评价是推进污水治理技术朝着可持续性方向发展的重要手段之一,本研究试图以生态修复污水处理技术为实证,构建一套基于生态修复的污水处理技术可持续性评价指标体系及方法,以期为污水处理领域筛选可持续性技术提供决策支持。【方法】采用文献调研和实地调研等研究方法,构建了涵盖环境、技术、经济和社会因素4个一级指标,非生命生态系统影响、人类健康影响和生态毒性影响等9个二级指标,以及全球变暖、臭氧层破坏和酸化等31个三级指标的可持续性评价指标体系,采用层次分析法对指标体系进行赋权。针对构建的评价指标体系,采用生命周期评价方法对环境因素进行评价,采用多属性效用法对社会因素进行评价,采用综合评价指数方法对污水处理技术的可持续性进行综合评价。【结果】选择两种常用的生态修复污水处理技术——MBR膜处理技术和A2/O技术,分别作为评价技术和基准技术,对构建的基于生态修复的污水处理技术可持续性评价指标体系和方法进行实证。通过实地访谈和发放污水处理技术可持续性评价调查问卷获得一手调研数据并进行计算。实证结果显示,MBR膜处理技术相对于A2/O基准技术,其综合评价指数I=1.3557,MBR膜处理技术在环境、技术、经济和社会影响4个方面的综合表现优于A2/O技术,这与企业决策结果保持一致。同时也发现,MBR平板膜技术在环境因素方面还有待改善。【结论】在已有研究的基础上,结合我国污水处理技术发展与应用现状,构建了一套符合我国国情的基于生态修复的污水处理技术可持续性评价指标体系和评价方法,并通过两种生态修复污水处理技术验证了指标体系和评价方法的可操作性和合理性。 【Objective】The ecological restoration sewage treatment technology with compound bacteria has become a common sewage treatment technology for enterprises because of its good pollutant treatment effect.The sustainability evaluation of wastewater treatment technology is one of the important means to promote the sustainable development of wastewater treatment technology.The study attempts to build a set of sustainability evaluation index system and method of wastewater treatment technology based on ecological restoration,in order to provide decision support for the selection of sustainable technologies in the field of wastewater treatment.【Method】By using the methods of literature review and field investigation,a sustainability evaluation index system is established,which includes four first level indicators of environmental,technological,economic and social factors,nine second level indicators of non-living ecosystem impact,human health impact and ecotoxicity impact,and 31 third level indicators of global warming,ozone layer destruction and acidification The index system is weighted by AHP.According to the evaluation index system,the life cycle assessment method is used to evaluate the environmental factors,the multi-attribute utility method is used to evaluate the social factors,and the comprehensive evaluation index method is used to evaluate the sustainability of sewage treatment technology.【Result】Two commonly used ecological restoration wastewater treatment technologies,MBR membrane treatment technology and A2/O technology,are selected as evaluation technology and benchmark technology respectively,and the sustainability evaluation index system and method of wastewater treatment technology are empirically constructed.Primary data is obtained and calculated through field interviews and questionnaires on sustainability evaluation of sewage treatment technology.The empirical results show that the comprehensive evaluation index of MBR flat membrane technology is 1.3557 compared with A2/O benchmark technology,and the comprehensive performance of MBR membrane treatment technology is better than A2/O technology in four aspects of environment,technology,economy and social impact,which is consistent with the decision-making results of enterprises.It is also found that the MBR flat membrane technology needs to be improved in terms of environmental factors.【Conclusion】On the basis of the existing research,by combining with the development and application status of sewage treatment technology in China,a set of sustainable evaluation index system and evaluation method of sewage treatment technology in line with China’s national conditions are constructed,and the feasibility and rationality of the index system and evaluation method are verified by two kinds of ecological remediation wastewater treatment technologies.
