摘要
微血管内皮细胞是血管壁与血液之间的天然屏障,位于心脏中的冠状动脉微血管为血流通路,其内膜表面的内皮细胞可为心肌细胞提供营养物质,控制微循环血流,维持内环境稳态。当内皮细胞功能障碍时,其屏障功能受损,分泌小分子活性物质,影响心肌细胞的营养供应及生理功能,导致心肌细胞损伤、炎性反应、凋亡,引发心律失常。文章就微血管内皮细胞功能障碍在心律失常中的作用研究进展作一综述。
Microvascular endothelial cells are the natural barrier between vascular wall and blood.Coronary microvessels located in the heart are the blood flow pathway.Endothelial cells on the intimal surface can provide nutrients for cardiomyocytes,control microcirculatory blood flow and maintain the homeostasis of internal environment.When endothelial cells are dysfunctional,their barrier function is damaged,secrete small molecular active substances,affect the nutritional supply and physiological function of cardiomyocytes,lead to cardiomyocyte injury,inflammatory response,apoptosis and arrhythmia.This paper reviews the research progress of microvascular endothelial cell dysfunction in arrhythmia.
