摘要
矿井提升机的安全运行直接影响到整个矿井安全,基于物联网的矿井提升机在线检测与诊断系统可以有效诊断出提升机非正常运行状态及故障运行状态;实现运行参数优化,程序远程升级,从而提高矿井智能化水平,为矿井提供安全保障。
The safety operation of the mine hoist directly affects the safety of the whole mine.The online detection and diagnosis system of the mine elevator based on the Internet of Things can effectively diagnose the abnormal operation and fault operation state,realize the optimization of operation parameter and a remote program upgrade so as to improving the level of mine intelligence and ensuring the safety of mine.
