摘要
目的分析中医护理干预对肝阳上亢型高血压病伴睡眠障碍效果及心理状态的影响。方法选择2018年8月—2019年8月收治的肝阳上亢型高血压病伴睡眠障碍患者77例,按随机数字表法分为2组。对照组38例予以常规护理干预,研究组39例使用中医护理干预。对2组护理效果及心理状态进行比较。结果研究组显效53.85%,对照组显效36.84%,研究组临床总有效94.87%比对照组76.32%高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后SAS(32.23±3.11)分、SDS(33.58±4.41)分比对照组(43.15±4.64)分、(42.61±5.77)分低(P<0.05);且研究组睡眠质量(10.11±2.75)分比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组非常满意48.72%,对照组非常满意36.84%,研究组患者满意度94.87%高于对照组76.32%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中医护理干预应用于肝阳上亢型高血压病伴睡眠障碍患者中,可改善患者不良情绪及睡眠质量,还能进一步提升其临床满意度,临床上值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on hypertension with hyperactivity of liveryang and sleep disturbance and psychological state.Methods The clinical data of 77 patients with hypertension of liver-yang hypertension with sleep disturbance in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.38 cases in the control group received routine nursing intervention.Thirty-nine cases in the study group used traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The nursing effect and psychological state of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was 53.85%,which was higher than 36.84%of the control group.The total clinical effectiveness of the study group was 94.87%,which was higher than 76.32%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the score of SAS was(32.23±3.11),the score of SDS was(33.58±4.41),which was lower than(43.15±4.64)and(42.61±5.77)of the control group,respectively(P<0.05).The sleep quality(10.11±2.75)of the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfied rate of the study group was 48.72%,which was higher than 36.84%of the control group.The patient satisfaction of the study group was 94.87%,which was higher than 76.32%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention to patients with hypertension of liver-yang hypertension with sleep disorders can improve the patients’bad mood and sleep quality,and further improve their clinical satisfaction.It is clinically worth promoting.
