氯氧化铋晶体的合成及疏水珠光织物涂层的制备研究 被引量:1

A Study on Synthesis of Bismuth Oxychloride Crystals and Preparation of Hydrophobic Fabric Coatings with Pearlescent Effect

摘要 以硝酸铋为原料,采用水解法制备形貌规整的正方形氯氧化铋晶体,进一步用二氧化钛包覆,增强晶体的光泽度和耐候性。将晶体与聚氨酯乳液混合,涂覆在织物表面,得到具有珠光效果的疏水织物涂层。研究了反应温度、表面活性剂的用量和反应时间对氯氧化铋晶体的影响以及促进剂的种类和尿素用量对二氧化钛包覆氯氧化铋晶体的影响。分别采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和接触角测量仪对氯氧化铋晶体和织物涂层进行了表征。结果表明,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为150 min,十二烷基苯磺酸钠用量为1.5 g,是制备15~20μm正方形氯氧化铋晶体的最佳条件;在包覆过程中用氯化氨作促进剂和加入1.0 g尿素调节pH值,可形成良好的二氧化钛包覆层;织物涂层珠光效果优异,水接触角为132°,疏水效果好。 With bismuth nitrate as precursor,bismuth oxychloride(BiOCl)crystals with regular morphology and high gloss were prepared by hydrolysis method,and furthermore,the gloss and weather resistance of the BiOCl crystals were enhanced after deposition of titanium dioxide.Hydrophobic fabric coatings were prepared by blade-coating of the mixture of BiOCl crystals and polyurethane emulsion,which exhibited excellent pearlescent effect.The influences of reaction temperature,surfactant content,and reaction time on the preparation of BiOCl crystals and the influences of accelerant type and urea dosage on titanium dioxide coated BiOCl crystals were investigated systematically.The BiOCl crystals and fabric coatings were characterized by optical microscope,X-ray diffractometer and water contact angle instrument,respectively.The results showed that the reaction temperature of 80℃,the reaction time of 150 min,and 1.5 g of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate were the optimal conditions for preparing 15~20μm square BiOCl crystals.Titanium dioxide nanoparticles were efficiently deposited on the surface of BiOCl crystals by using ammonia chloride as accelerator and 1 g of urea as pH adjuster.The obtained fabric coatings demonstrated brilliant pearlescent effect,displaying hydrophobicity with WCA of 132°.
