摘要
武冈卤豆腐是一种休闲食品,深受消费者的喜爱。武冈卤豆腐的生产从品种、口感、质量安全等方面与其他地区相比有一定的差距,成为了制约武冈卤豆腐发展的瓶颈。本文通过研究武冈市卤豆腐产业的发展现状,分析了卤豆腐产业发展存在的问题,并针对存在的问题,提出对策建议,以促进武冈市卤豆腐产业的发展。
Wugang bittern tofu is a snack food,loved by consumers.Compared with other regions,the production status of Wugang bittern tofu has a certain gap in terms of varieties,taste,quality and safety,which has become a bottleneck restricting the development of Wugang bittern tofu.By studying the development status of the braised tofu industry in Wugang city,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the development of braised tofu industry,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development of the braised tofu industry in Wugang city.
