新型低密度泡沫混凝土建筑保温材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:18

摘要 有机保温材料极易燃烧,在建筑中应用容易引发火灾,给人们的生命财产安全造成重大威胁。开发新型建筑保温材料以替代建筑中普遍使用的有机保温材料是目前建筑保温、防火的重要措施。泡沫混凝土保温材料具有不燃、耐老化、保温隔热性能好、强度高等优点,适用于建筑保温,但是其密度较高,导致其保温隔热性能与有机保温材料相比较差,不能作为有机保温材料替代材料。基于此,以低密度泡沫混凝土保温材料为研究对象,研究了不同原料对其性能的影响,确定了各种原料的最佳配合比,对于新型建筑保温材料的开发和研究具有重要意义。 Organic thermal insulation materials are extremely flammable,and their application in buildings can easily cause fires which pose a major threat to people’s life and property safety.The development of new building thermal insulation materials to replace organic thermal insulation materials commonly used in buildings is currently an important measure for building thermal insulation and fire protection.Foam concrete insulation material has the advantages of non combustible,aging resistance,good thermal insulation and high strength.It is suitable for building insulation.However,its high density results in poor thermal insulation performance compared with organic thermal insulation materials and cannot be used as organic thermal insulation materials substitute.Based on this,the article takes the low density foam concrete insulation materials as the research object,studies the influence of different raw materials on its performance,and determines the best mixture ratio of various raw materials,which is of great significance for the development and research of new building insulation materials.
