摘要
分析我国基层全科医学的建设现状与政策,基于当前基层全科医学建设的情况进行总结,并分析现存的问题且提出解决的政策与建议。目前在我国基层全科医学建设中多存在专业人才数量相对较少,管理思维相对落后以及缺乏完善的工作制度等问题。因此在基层医疗卫生服务中,需要强化全科医学建设的重视程度。以优惠的政策条件、政策引导以及完善的管理体系,引入更多的优秀人才。为了能够让基层全科医学的建设能够更好地服务于基层群众,推动现代基层医院的发展,需要提升重视程度,积极分析现状及改善不足。
This paper analyzes the current situation and policies of the construction of primary general practice in China,summarizes the current situation of the construction of primary general practice,and analyzes the existing problems and puts forward policies and suggestions to solve them.At present,there are many problems in the construction of primary general practice in China,such as relatively small number of professionals,relatively backward management thinking and lack of perfect working system.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the importance of general practice construction in primary medical and health services.Introduce more excellent talents with preferential policy conditions,policy guidance and perfect management system.In order to enable the construction of primary general practice to better serve primary people and promote the development of modern primary hospitals,it is necessary to enhance the level of attention,actively analyze the current situation and improve the deficiencies.
