摘要
目的:探讨经腹膜外机器人辅助腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术(RALP)治疗高危前列腺癌的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2019年12月-2021年2月在无锡市人民医院接受经腹膜外RALP的高危前列腺癌55例患者的临床资料。结果:55例患者均顺利完成手术,无一例中转开放。手术平均时间为(125.0±22.1)min,术中平均失血量为(85.1±15.8)mL,术后并发症为1例尿漏,1例肺炎。拔除尿管后即刻、1个月、3个月、6个月、9个月的完全尿控率分别为38.2%、54.5%、65.4%、70.9%、81.8%。术后3个月、6个月、9个月的生化复发率分别为3.64%、9.09%、14.55%。术后病理提示切缘阳性率为34.5%。结论:经腹膜外RALP治疗高危前列腺癌是一种安全、有效、可行的手术方式。
Objective:To detect the clinical outcomes of extraperitoneal robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for high-risk prostate cancer.Methods From December 2019 to February 2021,55 patients with high-risk prostate cancer who underwent extraperitoneal?robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy were reviewed.Results All operations were completed successfully,and none converted to open surgery.The mean operation time was(125.0±22.1)min,mean intraoperative blood loss was(85.1±15.8)mL,and 2 patients had postoperative complications,1 was urinary leakage,the other one was pneumonia.Immediate urinary control after removing catheter,and urinary control after removing catheter 1 month,3 months,6 months together with 9months were 38.2%,54.5%,65.4%,70.9%,81.8%,respectively.Postoperative biochemical recurrence rate of 3months,6months and 9months were 3.64%,9.09%and 14.55%,respectively.Postoperative positive surgical margin rate was 34.5%.Conclusion?robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for patients with high-risk prostate cancer was a prior option,with were feasibly,safe and effective.
