摘要
高职教育是我国教育体系中的重要组成部分,高职教育要承担起培养更多高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠的重任。高职教师要秉承工匠精神,在教学中以身作则,引导学生真切感受和体悟工匠精神,进而培养学生的工匠精神。文章论述高职教师工匠精神基本内涵及其重要性,分析高职教育与工匠精神之间的关联性,以及高职教师工匠精神培育现状,并提出高职教师工匠精神培育的有效策略。
Higher vocational education is an important part of China's education system,higher vocational education should undertake the important task of cultivating more high-quality technical and skilled talents,skilled craftsmen and craftsmen in large countries.Higher vocational teachers should uphold the craftsman spirit,set an example in teaching,guide students to truly feel and understand the craftsman spirit,and then cultivate students'craftsman spirit.This paper discusses the basic connotation and importance of craftsman spirit of higher vocational teachers,analyzes the relationship between higher vocational education and craftsman spirit,as well as the current situation of the cultivation of craftsman spirit of higher vocational teachers,and puts forward effective strategies for the cultivation of craftsman spirit of higher vocational teachers.
