摘要
为了探究在CFRP加固钢筋混凝土矩形梁中,跨中留空粘贴长度对混凝土梁受弯力学性能的影响,设计了6根CFRP加固钢筋混凝土梁,以梁跨中留空粘贴长度为变量,分析了不同留空粘贴长度下混凝土力学性能的变化情况。结果表明:与未粘贴CFRP材料相比,粘贴了CFRP材料的混凝土结构承载力提高12%以上,且混凝土结构的力学性能与CFRP材料跨中留空粘贴长度有关联,随着跨中留空粘贴长度的变化呈现一定的规律性。研究结论对探究实际工程CFRP加固混凝土的力学性能有一定的指导作用。
In order to explore the effect of middle span void length on the flexural mechanical properties of reinforced concrete rectangular beams strengthened by CFRP,six CFRP reinforced concrete beams were designed.Taking the mid-span void length as a variable,the variation of the concrete mechanical properties under different pasted void length was analyzed.The test results show that the structural bearing capacity of the concrete with CFRP bonded material is increased by more than 12%compared with that without CFRP bonded material,and the mechanical properties of the concrete structure are related to the length of the CFRP bonded void in the middle span,which presents a certain rule with the change of the length of the void in the middle span.The research conclusion are helpful to explore the mechanical properties of CFRP reinforced concrete in practical engineering.
