Research on full protection casting technology of continuous casting

摘要 随着唐山不锈钢公司高端热轧和冷轧板材产品的不断增加,对钢水洁净度的要求也不断提高,而影响钢水洁净度的一个重要因素就是连铸过程中的大包下渣和钢水二次氧化。本文对唐山不锈钢公司连铸生产现状进行了分析,针对钢水洁净度控制存在的问题,提出了工艺改进措施。通过异形包底钢包的开发、钢包下水口与保护套管的密封优化、大包下渣检测系统的优化、中间包密封优化等技术措施的实施,连铸全保护浇注的技术得到提升,钢水质量和洁净度得到改善,连铸增氮量≤3 ppm的合格率达到90.5%。 With the continuous increase of high-end hot-rolled and cold-rolled sheet products of Tangshan stainless steel company,the requirements for Cleanliness of molten steel are also increasing.An important factor affecting the cleanliness of molten steel is ladle slag flows into tundish and secondary oxidation of molten steel,during continuous casting.This paper analyzes the current situation of continuous casting production in Tangshan stainless steel company,and puts forward process improvement measures in view of the problems existing in molten steel cleanliness control.Through the implementation of technical measures such as the development of ladle with the bottom of special-shaped ladle,sealing optimization of ladle lower nozzle and protective sleeve,the optimization of detection system for ladle slag flows into tundish,and tundish sealing optimization,promoted the technical level of continuous casting full protection pouring,ameliorated the quality and cleanliness of molten steel,and making continuous casting increase nitrogen 3 PPM or less qualified rate reached 90.5%.
