摘要
为了探讨化学不育剂防治红棕象甲Rhynchophorus ferrugineus的可行性,在室内分别饲喂红棕象甲成虫不育胺和六甲基磷酰三胺(六磷胺)5种体积分数的蜂蜜水,♀处理×♂正常、♀正常×♂处理分别交配后,观察红棕象甲雌虫产卵量、卵孵化率和成虫寿命。结果表明:红棕象甲成虫取食两种药剂蜂蜜水后,产卵量、孵化率和寿命都随药剂体积分数的增高而降低,并且与对照组差异显著。不育胺体积分数为0.001时,♀处理×♂正常所产卵的孵化率仅为5.17%,♀正常×♂处理所产卵的孵化率为0;六磷胺体积分数为0.05时,♀处理×♂正常和♀正常×♂处理所产卵的孵化率为0。因此,体积分数为0.001的不育胺和体积分数为0.05的六磷胺药剂蜂蜜水对红棕象甲具有较好不育效果。
In order to explore the feasibility of chemosterilants to control Rhynchophorus ferrugineus,R.ferrugineus adults were treated with volume fraction 0.0002,0.0004,0.0006,0.0008,0.001 of metepa hydromel and volume fraction 0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04,0.05 of hexamethyl phosphoryl triamide(HMPA)hydromel.The effects of different treatments on the female fecundity,hatchability and adult longevity of R.ferrugineus were determined.The results showed that,with the increase of volume fraction of the two insecticides,the fecundity,hatchability and the longevity of the adults were decreasing,which was a significant difference between treatment groups and contrast groups.When 0.001 sterile metepa was used,the hatching rate laid by treated females mated with normal males was only 5.17%,the hatching rate of eggs laid by treated males mated with normal females was 0.While HMPA was 0.05,the hatching rate of treated females mated with normal males and normal females mated with treated males were 0.Therefore,the volume fraction 0.001 of metepa hydromel and 0.05 of HMPA hydromel for R.ferrugineus had a better sterile effect.
