摘要
本文通过对绿色施工评价的目标、原则和指标的分析,梳理出各个精细化指标,将指标值细化分解,分为六大类,并将指标具体化和数据化,体现精细化操作。笔者在建筑工程项目施工中分析如何把这些指标落地,并从实践中提炼出具体措施。从环境保护措施、节约绿色措施、节水和节能绿色措施、节约用地措施以及职业健康保障措施方面,对相关类型的项目开展更多的绿色施工,取得了较好的社会经济和公共利用效益,进行了有益的探索和尝试。
Through the analysis on the objectives,principles and indicators of green construction evaluation,various refined indicators are sorted out,and the index values are refined and decomposed into six categories.The indicators are concretized and digitized,showing a refined operation.This paper analyzes how to implement these indicators in the construction of construction projects,and extracts specific measures from practice.From environmental protection measures,green measures for saving water,green measures for saving water and energy,land saving measures and occupational health guarantee measures,some beneficial explorations and attempts have been made to carry out more green construction in the construction of related types of projects and to achieve better socio-economic and public utilization benefits.
