摘要
目的对1996—2019年云南省红河州鼠疫流行情况和监测资料进行分析,为鼠疫防控工作提供科学依据。方法统计1996年以来红河州各县(市)鼠疫流行资料和监测资料,分析其流行性质及流行特征。结果 1996—2005年红河州鼠疫流行10个年次,鼠疫流行波及4市5县,其中建水县流行5个年次、个旧市4个年次、石屏县1个年次、开远市5个年次、禄春县1个年次、蒙自市4个年次、红河县6个年次、弥勒市5个年次、屏边县1个年次;红河州共有191个鼠疫疫点有鼠疫流行,发生195次鼠疫流行,有4个疫点是第二次流行,复发率2.09%;发生人间鼠疫108起,发病193例,死亡0例;从啮齿动物和鼠疫患者体中共分离出鼠疫菌217株,其中黄胸鼠200株,占92.17%;从媒介中分离出鼠疫菌5株,其中印鼠客蚤4株,占80.00%。2006—2019年未监测到鼠间鼠疫和人间鼠疫流行情况。结论红河州鼠疫流行属本地区家鼠鼠疫复燃,现阶段鼠疫流行得到了有效控制。
Objective To provide scientific basis for plague prevention and control by analyzing epidemic situation and surveillance data of plague in Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province from 1996 to 2019.Methods The data of plague epidemic and plague surveillance in counties(cities) in Honghe Prefecture since 1996 were collected, and the epidemic characteristics and characteristics were analyzed.Results The plague was prevalent in Honghe Prefecture for 10 years from 1996 to 2005,the plague was prevalent in 4 cities and 5 counties, including 5 epidemic years in Jianshui County, 4 epidemic years in Gejiu, 1 epidemic year in Shiping County, 5 epidemic years in Kaiyuan, 1 epidemic year in Luchun County, 4 epidemic years in Mengzi City, 6 epidemic years in Honghe County and 5 epidemic years in Mile City, 1 epidemic year in Pingbian County;the plague was epidemic in 191 plague epidemic sites of Honghe Prefecture, 195 plague epidemics occurred, and the second epidemic occurred with a recurrence rate of 2.09% in 4 plague sites.There were 108 human plague occurrences, with 193 illnesses and 0 deaths.A total of 217 strains of Yersinia pestis were isolated from rodents and plague patients, including 200 strains of Rattus flavipectus(92.17%),5 strains of Yersinia pestis were isolated from vectors, including 4 strains of Xenopsylla cheopis with the percent in 80.00%.Epidemics of rat plague and human plague were not monitored from 2006 to 2019.Conclusion The epidemic of plague in Honghe Prefecture is considered to be the resurgence of plague in the area, and the epidemic of plague is effectively controlled at current stage.
