摘要
贵州省自然保护地多为20世纪90年代期间抢救性建立,大多未开展科学考察和编制总体规划。针对贵州省自然保护地在管理体制上存在多头管理、保护地管理手段落后、共建共享机制缺乏等问题,为理顺贵州省自然保护地的管理体制,提出应组建省级层面自然保护地统一管理机构、运用大数据参与自然保护地的管护、建立健全自然保护地共建共享机制。
Most of the nature reserves in Guizhou Province were rescue establishment during the 1990s,and most of them have not carried out scientific investigations and drafted overall plans.There are many problems in the management system of nature reserves in Guizhou Province:the problem of multiple management is prominent,the management methods of protected areas are backward,and the mechanism of joint construction and sharing is lacking.In order to straighten out the management system of protected areas in Guizhou Province,a unified provincial-level protected area management agency should be established,big data should be used to participate in the management and protection of protected areas,and a mechanism for co-construction and sharing of protected areas should be established and improved.
