摘要
叶天士学宗岐黄,善治湿病。温阳祛湿法为一大创建。此法主治脏腑虚寒湿病,随三焦和脏腑之异别进一步细化。上焦证治中,温通心阳分为辛滑温通和诸脏联治,温宣肺阳有寒湿蕴肺证治和肺肾合病证治。中焦证治中,温运太阴有脾阳虚证治和脾阳困证治,通补阳明常法有三,变法有二,脾胃同调则有三种治法。下焦证治中,温厥阴肝有厥阴寒湿证治和厥阴阳明证治,温少阴肾有肾阳虚寒湿证治和脾肾阳虚寒湿证治。
Ye Tianshi has great attainments in Chinese medicine and is good at treating diseases with the damp syndrome.Warming yang for removing dampness is one of his major innovations.This method is mainly used to treat the zang-fu viscera deficiency with the cold-damp syndrome,yet it should be further adjusted according to the specific location differences in certain organs of sanjiao.When treating diseases with syndromes in the upper jiao,the method of warmly dispersing the stagnated heart yang can be divided into warmly dispersing the stagnated yang qi with medicines of pungent nature and the combined treatment of multiple viscera,while the method of warmly ventilating the lung yang includes treating diseases with the syndrome of cold-damp amassing in lungs and those with syndromes in both the lungs and kidneys.In the treatment of diseases with syndromes in the middle jiao,the method of warmly activating Taiyin spleen channel involves treating diseases with the syndrome of spleen yang deficiency and syndrome of stagnated spleen yang,while there are three regular methods of unblocking and tonifying Yangming,combined with two modified methods,and there are three methods of regulating the spleen and stomach simultaneously.In the treatment of diseases with syndromes in the lower jiao,the method of warming the Jueyin liver channel includes treating Jueyin diseases with the cold-damp syndrome and with the combined syndrome in Jueyin and Yangming,while the method of warming the Shaoyin kidney channel includes treating the deficiency of kidney yang with the cold-damp syndrome and treating the deficiency of spleen-kidney yang with the cold-damp syndrome.
