摘要
为探讨调速器油压装置降压运行的可行性,基于调速器油压装置工作原理,指出事故低油压操作后油压值P_(RR)为限制降压运行的影响因素,进而采用逆向设计计算确定降压后油压整定值,通过分析水轮机调节系统和推导接力器反应时间常数T_(y)的计算公式,研究了油压装置油源压力P对调节品质的影响。对某水电站进行真机测试的结果表明,在合理选择降压后的油压整定值,并调整调节参数以满足调节品质要求的条件下,降压运行具有可行性。
In order to explore the feasibility of depressurization operation of oil pressure supply units,based on the working principle of governor oil pressure supply units,it is pointed out that the oil pressure value PRR after accident low oil pressure operation is the influencing factor limiting depressurization operation.And then the oil pressure setting value after depressurization is determined by reverse design calculation.By analyzing the hydraulic turbine regulation system and deriving the calculation formula of servomotor reaction time constant T_(y),the influence of oil source pressure P of oil pressure device on regulation quality is studied.The real machine test results of a hydropower station show that the depressurization operation is feasible under the condition of reasonably selecting the oil pressure setting value after depressurization and adjusting the regulation parameters to meet the requirements of regulation quality.
