动态分层次教学在篮球课教学中的质量提升效果研究 被引量:5

摘要 中国体育管理工作已经步入新时代,体育教学面临新的要求与挑战,现代教育理论强调教学以学生为中心,提倡个性化、符合以人为本教学理念的教学方式,有鉴于此,研究提出将动态分层次教学应用于篮球课教学中。在设计篮球课分层教学模式的基础上进一步对其进行优化,设计了篮球课动态分层次教学模型,最后付诸应用并通过对比实验验证其效果。实验结果表明应用分层教学模式的A班和应用动态分层教学模型的B班实验前后身体素质水平、篮球技能水平以及学习心理水平较之对照组提升更为明显;且B班提升效果最好,在篮球技能方面投篮数平均上升2.23个,上篮时间平均提升2.43秒。以上结果说明研究所设计的动态分层次教学模型在篮球课教学中质量提升效果明显,在篮球专项技能的提升效果好,能够满足素质教育的要求。 China’s sports management has entered a new era,and physical education teaching is facing new requirements and challenges.Modern educational theory emphasizes that teaching is student-centered and advocates personalized teaching methods in line with the people-oriented teaching concept.In view of this,this paper studies and puts forward the application of dynamic layered secondary teaching in basketball teaching.On the basis of designing the layered teaching model of basketball course,this paper further optimizes it,designs the dynamic layered teaching model of basketball course,and finally puts it into application,and verifies its effect through comparative experiments.The experimental results show that the physical quality level,basketball skill level and learning psychological level of class A and class B with hierarchical teaching model are significantly higher than those of the control group before and after the experiment;and class B has the best promotion effect.In terms of basketball skills,the average number of shots increased by 2.23 and the average layup time increased by 2.43 seconds.The above results show that the dynamic hierarchical teaching model designed by the institute has an obvious effect on improving the quality of basketball teaching,has a good effect on improving basketball special skills,and can meet the requirements of quality education.
