摘要
目的:分析在为早期宫颈癌患者实施诊断的过程中HPV联合TCT检测的临床应用价值。方法:本次研究对象的纳入时间介于2018年3月~2020年8月,共包括出现宫颈异常并接受早期宫颈癌诊断的患者97例,所有患者均给予HPV以及TCT检测,并以病理结果作为标准,通过相关结果分析HPV、TCT以及联合检测在早期宫颈癌诊断过程中的具体效果与价值。结果:TCT的诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为86.6%、76.5%、88.8%、59.1%、94.5%;HPV的诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为85.6%、70.6%、88.8%、57.1%、93.4%;联合检测的诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为96.9%、94.1%、97.5%、88.9%、98.7%,TCT与HPV与联合检测相比存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:在实施早期宫颈癌诊断的过程中,HPV联合TCT检测的临床应用效果与价值相对较高,具有较高的诊断准确率、灵敏度、特异性以及阳性预测值、阴性预测值,对有效地指导临床有着积极的影响,属于早期宫颈癌诊断的一种重要方法与手段。
Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of HPV combined with TCT detection in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer patients.Methods:The subjects of this study were enrolled from March 2018 to August 2020,including 97 patients with cervical abnormalities and early cervical cancer diagnosis.All patients received HPV and TCT detection,and pathological results were taken as the standard.The specific effect and value of HPV,TCT and combined detection in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer were analyzed.Results:The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of TCT were 86.6%,76.5%,88.8%,59.1%and 94.5%,respectively.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of HPV were 85.6%,70.6%,88.8%,57.1%and 93.4%,respectively.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were 96.9%,94.1%,97.5%,88.9%and 98.7%,respectively.There were significant differences between TCT and HPV compared with combined detection,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the process of the implementation of early cervical cancer diagnosis,the clinical application of HPV joint TCT detection effect and value is relative taller,has high diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity and positive predictive value,negative predictive value,have a positive impact on effective clinical guidance,belongs to a kind of important methods for the diagnosis of early cervical cancer and means.
