卡麦角林应用于垂体腺瘤治疗的研究进展

摘要 多巴胺与受体结合进而激活细胞信号传导通路是其靶向治疗垂体腺瘤的分子基础。垂体泌乳素(PRL)腺瘤细胞高表达多巴胺受体2亚型(D2R),其他类型垂体腺瘤在不同程度上均表达D2R。基于共表达受体策略,相应配体药物(如长效D2R激动剂卡麦角林)是垂体PRL腺瘤治疗的一线用药,同时对部分肢端肥大症、库欣病、垂体促甲状腺激素腺瘤及无功能性垂体腺瘤也具有一定疗效。本文总结了卡麦角林治疗垂体腺瘤的相关机制及临床疗效,旨在为临床上应用多巴胺受体激动剂(DAs)治疗垂体腺瘤提供指导。
