白酒酿造高浓度废水的处理方法研究

摘要 酿造白酒产生的废水为高浓度有机废水,其中氨氮、化学需氧量、悬浮物等含量较高,用传统工艺进行处理很难保证排放的废水达到标准。由于高浓度有机废水不容易被降解,因此,当前一般都用生化法处理白酒酿造废水。基于此,本文就白酒酿造中产生的高浓度有机废水处理技术展开分析,希望能对白酒酿造废水处理技术带来一定的帮助。 The wastewater from liquor-making is high concentration organic wastewater, which contains high content of ammonia nitrogen, chemical oxygen demand, suspended matter, it is difficult to meet the standard of wastewater discharged by traditional process.Because of the high concentration of organic wastewater is not easy to be degraded, therefore, at present, the general use of biochemical treatment of liquor brewing wastewater. Based on this, this paper analyzes the high concentration organic wastewater treatment technology in liquor brewing, hoping to bring some help to the liquor brewing wastewater treatment technology.
