摘要
本文通过对陕北地区小流域污染现状调查研究,总结出目前小流域水环境所存在的主要问题,以系统化、整体化的治理技术思路,以水质达标为目标,制定相关治理技术方案,从点源、面源和修复能力等方面提出相关治理措施建议。
This article through to the northern shaanxi area small watershed pollution present situation investigation and study,summed up the current main problems of small watershed water environment,with the systematic,holistic governance technology,aiming at water quality standard,formulate the related technical train of thought,and suggestion on treatment measures were put forward from the aspects of point source,non-point source and restoration capacity.
