摘要
本文以聚集诱导发光(AIE)材料的合成为切入点,结合缩合反应特性,设计基于水杨醛的AIE希夫碱绿色合成的教学实验项目。系统研究了取代水杨醛与对二甲氨基苯胺的水相反应条件及合成化合物的聚集诱导发光性质,探索了基于实验教学的最优实验步骤,分析了实验在教学应用中的技术可行性。创新设计了该实验的基础与综合两种教学方案,使该实验项目在实际的教学应用中更具有适应性。本实验教学可以训练学生基础实验操作及大型仪器使用的基本技能,强化学生对理论知识的综合运用能力。而且,本实验可以作为课程思政教学的典型案例。
Based on the visibility of the aggregation-induced luminescence(AIE)materials and the feasibility of condensation reaction,green synthesis of the AIE Schiff base compounds originating from salicylaldehyde was designed as a teaching experiment project.The reaction of substituted salicylaldehydes with p-dimethylamino aniline in aqueous phase and the AIE properties of the as-synthesized Schiff base compounds were studied in detail.The optimal experimental steps were explored according to experimental teaching,and the operational feasibility of the experimental application on teaching was analyzed.This experimental project was designed to be two teaching schemes including basic level and comprehensive level,that gave the experimental project an excellent adaptability in the actual teaching application.This experiment could train students to master basic skills of experimental operation and precision instrument use,and strengthen students’comprehensive application ability of theoretical knowledge.Moreover,this experimental project could be used as a typical teaching case of Course Ideology and Politics.
