摘要
装配式建筑是建筑工业化发展的必然路径。装配产业化技术人才的培养,是促进装配式建筑发展的关键因素。以学校为主体的,政府、企业、行业协会构成的“1+N”多元主体共育装配产业化人才的培育体系,通过政府政策扶持、学校创新培育学院和班级的成立、建筑企业的积极参与、行业协会的多方沟通协调、吸纳行业培训机构的融入以及多方合作平台的搭建等路径,可以快速、高效培育出符合建筑工业化背景下装配式建筑发展需求的装配产业化人才,为我国人才培养开辟一种新型、多元、共建的培育模式。
Prefabricated construction is the inevitable path of building industrialization.The cultivation of assembly industrialization technical talent is the key factor to promote the development of assembly architecture.The cultivation system of"1+N"multi-subject common cultivation and assembly industrialized talent is composed of the government,enterprises and trade associations with schools as the main body.Through the above cooperation,it can quickly and efficiently cultivate the assembly talents who can meet the needs of the development of assembly building under the background of building industrialization,and open up a new,diverse,co-building model for our country.
