辅导员分类设置对医学生教育培养的比较研究 被引量:1

A Comparative Study of the Influence of Counselor Classification on the Education and Cultivation of Medical Students

摘要 目的比较不同类型辅导员(专职、教师兼职及学生兼职辅导员)的学生教育培养工作情况,分析改善措施。方法使用自填式调查问卷,对学生进行在线问卷调查,统计分析采用描述性分析、χ^(2)检验、单因素方差分析和logistic回归模型。结果学生对各类辅导员总体工作情况的评价较高,其中心理健康教育工作有待改进;学生对教师兼职辅导员各方面工作情况的评价均低于其他两类辅导员;多因素分析结果显示教师兼职辅导员的党建工作及学业教务工作较专职辅导员显著不足。结论辅导员分类设置对医学生教育培养工作有影响,应着重加强对教师兼职辅导员的培训和指导,帮助其改善工作情况。各类辅导员均应加强对学生的心理健康教育。 Objective To compare the work implementation of different types of counselors,including of full-time counselor,teacher part-time counselor and student part-time counselor,on the students education and cultivation,and analyze the improvement measures.Methods The online survey was conducted with a self-administered questionnaire.Descriptive analysis,chi-square test,one-way ANOVA,and logistic regression were used for the data analysis.Results Students had a good evaluation of the overall work of all types of counselors.Of all items,mental health education needed to be improved.The evaluation of teacher part-time counselors in all aspects was lower than that of the other two types of counselors.Multivariate analysis showed that the party building work and academic work of teacher part-time counselor were significantly inadequate compared with full-time counselor.Conclusion The counselor classification has an impact on the education and cultivation of medical students.It is important to strengthen the training and guidance of teacher part-time counselors to help them improve their work.All types of counselors should strengthen the education of students’mental health.
