多元化教学模式在影像医学教育中的应用 被引量:10

Application of Diversified Teaching Mode in Imaging Medical Education

摘要 目的总结微信群、以问题为基础的教学法、案例教学法、导师责任制等多元化教学模式在住院医师规范化培训与研究生教育中的应用及其效果。方法选取2015年9月—2020年6月在我院影像规培基地接受住院医师规范化培训的64名学员为研究对象。根据教学方法的不同,将2015届、2016届31名住培生设为为对照组,将2017届、2018届33名住培生设为为观察组。对照组采用传统的教学方法,观察组采用多元化教学模式。规培结束后,对两组学员进行理论考试、临床实践及病例分析考核;采用自行设计的教学质量调查问卷,测评教学质量。结果观察组理论考试、临床实践考核及病例分析成绩均高于对照组,在促进自主学习、提高学习积极性、提高临床思维能力、培养团队意识等方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化教学模式更符合影像医学住院医师规范化培训与研究生教育的需求。 Objective To summarize the application and effect of diversified teaching modes such as WeChat group,problem-based teaching method,case teaching method and mentor responsibility system in resident physician standardized training and graduate education.Methods 64 trainees who received standardized training of resident physicians in the imaging training base of our hospital from September 2015 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different teaching methods,31 regular training students in 2015 and 2016 were set as the control group,and 33 regular training students in 2017 and 2018 were set as the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the observation group adopted the diversified teaching mode.At the end of the training,the two groups of students were examined by theoretical examination,clinical practice and case analysis.The self-designed teaching quality questionnaire is used to evaluate the teaching quality.Results The scores of theory examination,clinical practice examination and case analysis in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the scores in promoting independent learning,improving learning enthusiasm,improving clinical thinking ability and cultivating team consciousness were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The diversified teaching mode is more in line with the requirements of standardized training and graduate education for resident physicians in imaging medicine.
