摘要
建立气相色谱内标法测定溴代肟醚丙酮溶液有效成分含量的方法。方法采用气相色谱内标法,DB-1701为毛细管柱测定试样中溴代肟醚的含量。结果表明溴代肟醚的线性相关系数为0.9995,标准偏差为0.058%,方法平均回收率为99.60%。该方法具有操作简单,效率高,分离效果好,准确度和精密度高等优点,适用于农药中溴代肟醚的定性和定量。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic internal standard method for the determination of active components in bromooxime ether acetone solution.Methods the content of bromooxime ether in the sample was determined by gas chromatography with internal standard method and db-1701 as capillary column.Results the linear correlation coefficient of bromooxime ether was 0.9995,the standard deviation was 0.058%,and the average recovery was 99.60%.Conclusion the method has the advantages of simple operation,high efficiency,good separation effect,high accuracy and precision.It is suitable for the qualitative and quantitative determination of bromooxime ether in pesticides.
