摘要
随着社会生产结构的不断调整,当前的大型城市综合体项目已成为一个具有协调经济发展和住房等多种功能的综合性项目。从功能角度来看,大型城市综合体项目在设计和建设过程中会遇到许多困难。因此,全面实施信息化优化项目管理,可进一步提高大型城市综合体项目的建设效率。BIM技术是信息时代计算机技术与数据处理技术相结合而形成的综合技术体系,可克服障碍,实现多种数据的集成,并以三维模型的形式显示出来。可有效协调大型复杂项目的设计细节和施工过程,避免相互冲突。因此,在工程设计和施工过程中应用BIM技术具有可行性价值。
With the continuous adjustment of social production structure,the current large-scale urban complex project has become a comprehensive project with multiple functions such as coordinating economic development and housing.From the perspective of function,large-scale urban complex projects will encounter many difficulties in the process of design and construction.Therefore,the comprehensive implementation of information technology to optimize project management can further improve the construction efficiency of large-scale urban complex projects.BIM technology is a comprehensive technology system formed by combination of computer technology and data processing technology in the information age.It can overcome the obstacles,realize the integration of many kinds of data,and display them in the form of three-dimensional model.It can effectively coordinate the design details and construction process of large and complex projects to avoid conflicts.Therefore,the application of BIM technology in the process of engineering design and construction has feasibility value.
