摘要
四种不同纺丝工艺下的聚丙烯腈基(PAN)原丝在碳化温度为600℃~900℃,牵伸率为0%~2%得到中温碳化纤维,探究了碳化温度以及牵伸率对碳化纤维导电性能的影响。利用元素分析仪、扫描电镜、X射线分析等进行了表征。结果表明:随着碳化温度的升高,碳化纤维的体电阻率不断下降,且在700℃~800℃急剧下降,XRD结果显示其表观结晶度不断增加,乱层石墨结构的体积分数不断增加;牵伸率对体电阻率有一定的影响;不同原丝制成的碳化纤维在性能上有一定的差异,但是它们的体电阻率随碳化温度以及牵伸率的变化规律是相同的。
In this paper,four kinds of PAN-based medium-temperature carbonaceous fibers were prepared at 600℃~900℃and stretching ratio of 0%~2%,and the electrical property of the carbonaceous fibers were investigated.and using some advanced testing methods including EA,SEM,XRD to explore their structure.The results show that the electrical resistivity of carbonaceous fibers decrease sharply which is obvious at the temperature of 700℃~800℃with temperature increasing.At the same time,the results of XRD show that the apparent crystallinity and volume fraction of disorderly layer graphite structure increase.The stretching ratio has slightly impact on the electrical resistivity,and it does not has certain regularity.The carbonaceous fibers made with different precursor fibers is different in property,while the variation tendency is the same with the change of carbonization temperature and stretching ratio.
