摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜直肠癌根治术围手术期应用人文关怀护理对患者心理状态及术后恢复的影响。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治实施腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者60例,按照不同护理方式分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予人文关怀护理。比较两组患者心理状态及术后恢复时间。结果:试验组干预后PASCP总评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后恢复时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在围手术期予以腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者人文关怀护理,可改善患者心理状态,加快术后恢复进程。
Objective:To explore the influence of perioperative humanistic care nursing on patients with psychological state and postoperative recovery in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,60 patients underwent laparoscopic radical rectal cancer were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The experimental group was given humanistic care nursing.Psychological status and postoperative recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results:The total PASCP score of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic care nursing for perioperative patients with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer can improve their psychological state and speed up the process of postoperative recovery.
