高温后方钢管再生混凝土中长柱轴压机制

Axial Compression Mechanism of Recycled Concrete Filled Steel Tubular Mid-Long Columns After High Temperature

摘要 为研究高温后方钢管再生混凝土中长柱的轴压力学性能,进行了轴心受压构件破坏过程及内部机制分析。在再生混凝土以及钢材本构关系模型正确的基础上,利用ABAQUS软件建立有限元模型;通过典型曲线分析,对比了温度、取代率、长细比等不同参数对试件受力过程的影响,并进行内部机制的分析;修正了国内规程对高温后方钢管再生混凝土中长柱的承载力计算。研究结果表明:高温后钢管再生混凝土中长柱破坏形态与钢管混凝土相似;随着温度与长细比的增大,高温后钢管再生混凝土长柱的力学性能整体呈现下降的趋势;取代率对高温后钢管再生混凝土长柱的承载能力影响不大;可采用修正后承载力公式对高温后钢管再生混凝土轴压中长柱承载力进行理论计算。 In order to study the axial compression mechanical properties of recycled concrete filled steel tube columns after high temperature,the failure process and internal mechanism of axial compression members were analyzed.Based on the correct constitutive model of recycled concrete and steel,the finite element model was established by ABAQUS software;the effects of different parameters such as temperature,substitution rate and slenderness ratio on the stress process of the specimen were compared through the analysis of typical curves,and the internal mechanism was analyzed;the calculation of bearing capacity of recycled concrete filled steel tube middle and long columns after high temperature was revised in domestic regulations.The results show that the failure mode of long columns in recycled concrete filled steel tubes after high temperature is similar to that of concrete filled steel tubes;with the increase of temperature and slenderness ratio,the mechanical properties of recycled concrete filled steel tubular long columns after high temperature show a downward trend as a whole;the replacement rate has little effect on the bearing capacity of recycled concrete filled steel tubular long columns after high temperature;the modified bearing capacity formula can be used to calculate the bearing capacity of recycled concrete filled steel tubes under axial compression after high temperature.
