摘要
在近些年来我国社会经济水平和生产力不断提升的大背景下,我国的工业发展水平也已经跻身世界前列,对于当前我国的工业发展来说,化工行业已然成为工业整体的重要分支,也紧密影响着我国的整体工业发展水平。精细化工也是近些年新提出的概念,其也是保证化工生产安全的重要革新手段,而其最重要的部分莫过于工艺设计;基于此,本文主要对精细化工工艺设计中的安全风险管控措施进行研究分析,有一定的借鉴价值。
Under the background of the continuous improvement of China’s socio economic level and productivity in recent years,China’s industrial development level has also ranked among the forefront of the world.For the current industrial development of China,the chemical industry has become an important branch of the whole industry and has a close impact on China’s overall industrial development level.Fine chemical industry is also a new concept proposed in recent years.It is also an important innovative means to ensure the safety of chemical production,and its most important part is process design;Based on this,this paper mainly studies and analyzes the safety risk control measures in fine chemical process design,which has a certain reference value.
