摘要
尾矿库作为人造高势能泥砂储存库,一旦发生严重的事故,将可能产生泥石流灾害,造成严重的生命安全损失、生态环境损失,甚至威胁社会的和谐稳定。对大量国内外尾矿库事故案例进行统计、分析,并采用文本挖掘对其进行分词处理,挖掘导致尾矿库事故的关键隐患因素,运用Python语言绘制了关键隐患词云图。基于此,采用Apriori(关联规则挖掘)算法分析了隐患因素之间的关联性,表征了隐患因素导致事故发生的耦合关系。最后通过共现分析获取共现矩阵,采用Ucinet等软件将共现矩阵转化为共现网络,实现了隐患因素间耦合关系的可视化。研究结果对防范尾矿库事故、提升尾矿库安全管理水平具有重要参考意义。
As a human-made mud and sand reservoir pool with high potential energy,in case of happening serious safety accident,tailings pond may occur mud-rock flow disaster,resulting in severe loss of life,ecological environment and even threatening social harmony and stability.A large number of accident cases of tailings pond at domestic and abroad were collected and analyzed.Then,the word segmentation processing was carried out by text mining to excavate the key hidden risk factors causing the accident of tailings pond.And the Python language was used to draw the word cloud diagram of key hidden risk.On this basis,Apriori algorithm(Association rule mining)was used to analyze the relationship among hidden risk factors and to characterize the coupling relationship of accident caused by hidden risks.Finally,the co-occurrence matrix was obtained through co-occurrence analysis,then,was transformed into co-occurrence network by the Ucinet and other soft-wares,which realized the visualization of coupling relationship among the hidden risk factors.The research results have an important reference significance for preventing tailings pond accidents and improving the safety management level of tailings pond.
